Pricing
One length minimum order required. Custom cutting is available (email for estimate).
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotes
Factory quotes are valid for 30 days. Call for lead-time & quote on any quantity larger than 6 of one item.

Confirmation and Changes
All orders and changes on orders must be confirmed in writing. Written P.O.s and change orders are required.
Factory cannot assume responsibility for verbal orders, change orders or confirmation.

Normal Production Time
Clear tubing is usually shipped within 48 hours. Colored tubing is usually shipped within 2 – 7 days.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to costs incurred, timing and type of order. Any cancelled order is subject to full or partial billing.

Credit Policy & Terms
Standard orders are prepaid via credit card, paypal or money order. Custom or quantity discounted orders require prepaid 50% down, balance on shipping.

Credit
Please supply 3-5 credit references plus bank reference. Net 30 days from invoice date upon credit approval.

Shipping
Please specify shipping method. Street addresses for shipping are required. Expedited, airfreight and motor
freight must be prepaid unless specified in writing at the time the order is placed. Box and packing charges will be added to shipping charges. Factory is not responsible for delivery delays due to transit company.

Packaging
The factory follows the carriers packaging specifications. The factory cannot guarantee that your order
will not be damaged in transit. Inspect your shipment upon delivery. In the event that you discover damage, keep all
original packing materials and notify the customer service representative.

Returns
No merchandise can be returned without Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call for RMA. No merchandise
may be returned after 30 days. Returns are not accepted on custom or modified products, and noncatalog products Acceptable returns are subject to a valid, visible RMA number displayed on the outer packaging and are returned freight prepaid. All returns are subject to inspection and must be free of damage. Credit will be issued on
products that are undamaged and in re-sellable condition not including freight. There is a 25% restocking charge.
